Job Role : Customer Support
Role designation : Customer Relationship officer
Skills required : Good Communication in English ,Hindi & Telugu or Urdu (Verbal),
Typing skills : 15WPM and 80% accuracy,
Computer knowledge : Basic, Should have basic Understanding about the Industry.
Education qualification : Any Graduation including BE, B tech(Below 60%), MBA, Diploma or ITI (10+2).
Responsibilities : Resolving the issues over Call.
