Job Details for Team leader:

Responsible For Achieving & Maintaining SLA Levels for Productivity & Quality.
Generating and sharing as stipulated – MIS, Inventory & other reports as agreed with client as well as those required by internal stakeholders.
Liaison between the client & The team for all operation related queries & information.
Driving initiatives & process improvements from team.
Conducting Monthly Business Review.
Performing Quality Checking for all the processes being evinced in the unit.
Ensuring Information Security Compliance as well as RCSA (Risk Control & Security Awareness) For Self & Team and assisting with required documentation.
Preparing monthly billing for raising with client as well as monthly & Quarterly Revenue Forecasting for the organization .

Job Details for Team Member:

Responsible For Processing Transactions per defined procedures and process flows.
Ensuring adherence to SLAs for Productivity & Quality.
Preparation of MIS, Inventory & other reports as stipulated by management.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and initiatives.
Proactively Review Process Flows and highlight gaps and measures to improve control.
Cascading & Implementing process as well team related updates from Client & Organization.
Handle Process Related queries raised by client if needed.
Performing Quality Checking per stipulated sample size and preparing defect trackers and QC Reports.
Ensuring Information Security Compliance as well as RCSA (Risk Control & Security Awareness) For Self & Team and assisting with required documentation.
