SMERA Ratings Limited is a joint initiative of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India Private Limited (D&B) and leading public and private sector banks in India. It commenced its operations in 2005 as an exclusive credit rating agency for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in the country. Today we serve clientele from small entities to large corporates and are the 6th largest players in the credit rating industry and one of the best ratings agencies to work for.
Within a span of 10 years, SMERA has achieved innumerable landmarks and accolades, which include acquiring a clientele of over 37028 MSMEs pan India (and counting), accreditation from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for undertaking bank loan ratings and empanelment as an approved rating agency by National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. This opportunity offers you to be part of the Business Development team. In this role, you will not only get the unique experience to develop a fine understanding of the credit rating industry, but also gain insight into the overall banking sector which forms a key part of our ecosystem.
You will be a part of the Emerging Corporate Group focusing on small to mid-corporate. The role offers the unique opportunity to work with senior leaders from our organization, meet decision makers at the clients end and gain exposure across multiple sectors where SMERA has business interests.
As an Assistant Manager your detailed job responsibilities will be as follows:
New Client Acquisition
o Mapping industries and mid corporate therein
o Lead generation, fixing meetings with CFO / Decision Makers
o Presenting and pitching the services to be offered
o Meeting revenue targets
Key Account Management/Relationship Management
o Client relations & client satisfaction
o Timely execution of assignments
