For Freshers

Fresh B.Com, B.Sc , BA, BHM, MA & M.Com graduates (2015 batch only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good at basics of accounting and finance.
Good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word & MS-Excel.
Strong analytical skills, should have an eye for detail.
Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.

For Laterals

1 to 3 years of experience in providing Customer Services.
Experience in Inbound/Outbound support to International Call Centers via telephone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good decision making skills.
Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things.
Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts.
