Job Description :

Acquisition of new Retail outlets through Channel partners in the assigned territory with emphasis on creating new footprint.
Manage the business relationship with the Distribution network
Develop the strategy to appoint Retailers of specific profiles
To provide feedback to the Senior Management on all the activities of self, team and seek advice for continuous improvement.
Maintain market intelligence on competitor activity and inform Management about any gaps in our product offering
Experience in Channel Management

Desired Skills and Experience :

Minimum 3-5 year of sales experience in FMCG/Telecom
Proven pitching skills, strong communication & presentation skills
Strong analytical skills & clarity in thinking
Handled a team of at least 5 10 people
